In-house circulation refers to borrowing or use of library materials within the library premises, for photocopy or for classroom use. Library resources that belong to the in-house circulation are general references, journals, magazines, newspapers, theses, reserved books.
On the other hand, please note that the books that may be used in the classroom are limited to bibles and supplemental or textbooks only. The following steps are followed for in-house circulation of library references and other resources:
- ✔ Get the book or any library materials that you need from the shelf or ask assistance to locate the needed reference.
- ✔ Fill up the book card or log out the material/s that you need on the circulation form and leave your I.D. and book card with the staff.
- ✔ After use, request for your I.D.; insert the book card or log in the material/s returned on the circulation form and give it back to the staff for recording in the circulation statistics.
Overnight Circulation refers to off-campus use of print resources which may last from overnight use to a 3-week period.

- ✔ Get the book from the shelf or ask assistance to locate the needed learning resources.
- ✔ Fill up the form and endorse it to the library staff.
- ✔ Observe the due date and return the learning resources.
- ✔ Report any untoward occurrence related to materials issued under your responsibility.
- ✔ Lost/damaged circulated learning resources have to be replaced or paid with a 10% increase from the original amount.
- ✔ Any accountability imposed should be settled within a month period.
- ✔ Clearance will be held until accountability is settled. Clearance is required at the end of the semester.
Notify the library for your book/s request through the official LRC Facebook page, Messenger, Emails, Cellphone, and landline contact numbers.
- ✔ Transact your circulation need by giving details on:
- a. Title/author of the book/s
- b. Mode of delivery, either pick-up or through courier service.
- c. Schedule of pick-up or courier. Courier service will be charged to the student.
- ✔ Confirm the request and provide the identity of the representative.
- ✔ The guard shall be informed of the transaction for security purposes.
- ✔ Library staff will release the learning materials with a photo to be taken as proof of transaction.
- ✔ Return the book on time. The LRC will be generous whenever necessary or if instances permit.
